Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with DHL and Hermes. you will get always a tracking number.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After ordering exhibits from the drop, it takes 1-3 days for the package to be sent.
For custom orders, the period until dispatch is 2-4 weeks.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, it will take 2-14 days depending on the country of destination
Can I ask for a return, exchange or refund?
Each custom piece will be personalised to your specific requirements and body measurements.
Therefor, none of the above cases can be implemented for.
Do I need to pay duties or taxes?
Custom policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them.
If you are required to pay import or duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the ship-
ping service.

Can I put them in wash?
Yes, you can.
But it is important to wash each piece inside out to protect them and the other clothes in the washing machine.
Turn your piece slowly after washing, so that nothing can tangle up. If it does happen, you will find a way to unknot them.
It is always possible to unknot them. It’s not as bad, as it seems at the beginning.
