§1 Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between BOONROCKED and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order.
“Consumers” within the meaning of these terms are natural persons with whom we enter into business transactions that cannot be attributed to a commercial or self-employed professional activity. “Entrepreneurs” are natural or legal persons or legally capable partnerships that enter into business relationships with us in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
§2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the button “Buy” or “Place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order and acceptance of the order will be sent immediately after submission via an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this email confirmation.
If delivery of the goods you ordered is not possible, for example because the goods are not in stock or cannot be delivered to your address, we will refrain from issuing a declaration of acceptance. In this case, no contract will be concluded. We will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received without delay.
§3 Prices and Taxes
All prices stated on the product pages are final prices. In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax is charged or shown (small business regulation).
Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be specified separately during the order process.
§4 Shipping, Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

§5 Payment Terms
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the order process. An overview of the currently available payment methods can be found here:
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due for payment immediately.
You are only entitled to offset claims if your counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed, or have been acknowledged by us in writing.
You may only exercise a right of retention if your claims arise from the same contractual relationship.
§6 Warranty
The statutory warranty period applies to all goods delivered to consumers within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. This period is two years from the date of delivery.
Warranty claims are limited to defects that already existed at the time of delivery. Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use is excluded from the warranty.
For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
§7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§8 Product Representations
The images and photos of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual products. In particular, color deviations may occur due to different screen settings.
Therefore, product images are not binding. Only the descriptions, details, and characteristics listed in the product description are binding.
§9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
For entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company.
